Office Administrator | Bridgewater
Mouldex Ltd is a large, friendly, professionally managed organisation located in the Southwest, operating throughout the UK. We are enthusiastic about Mould, Condensation, and Radon control. To support the continuous growth of the business we are looking to recruit a diligent, reliable, motivated individual to join our expanding team on a 3 month contract.

What the department does
We plan and administer surveys, mainly in social housing, to investigate mould and condensation problems. Based on the survey report we then prepare a fitting quotation to the housing provider. Once approved, we plan and administer the works and schedule engineer visits to handle the mould issue and install ventilation systems right up to the point of invoicing and status reporting.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct reminder calls and distribute text message notifications concerning engineer appointments.
- Log survey requests within the designated system.
- Generate site and job entries utilising Joblogic.
- Oversee general email correspondence.
- Prepare minor mailings, including franking procedures.
You will be working as part of a team of office administrators and, therefore be expected to be a true team player, helping out where necessary and freely sharing information.
You will need to have some understanding of what is involved in administering a typical field service job in private properties including the various types of communication with customers, engineers, residents, warehouse staff and others.
Be confident when making reminder calls to residents.
It is expected for you to either have experience of working with job planning software systems or be a proven quick learner in use of business software. Experience with excel spreadsheets and handling volumes of data is also a positive.

Trainee Mould Specialist | Pontypridd

The successful candidate will be capable of completing documentation accurately and timely, having the ability to work in labour intensive environments.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Regional Business Manager, the successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as becoming a key part of a team of other surveyors, engineers, decorators and specialists. You will visit private and social housing properties, to undertake mould application treatments and the use of a variety of anti-mould paints. Additionally, there is a requirement to complete surveys and assessments, performance measurements, and surveying with the sampling of the indoor environment and ventilation systems, and producing a written technical report.
A driving license is required as travel is required for this role. The ability to stay away occasionally will also be required.
Comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and all necessary tools are provided.
You must be comfortable with lone working.

Experience
- Painting & Decorating 1 year (preferred)
