Trainee Domestic Ventilation Engineer | Bridgwater

Role Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Regional Business Manager, the successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as becoming a key part of a team of other surveyors, engineers, decorators and specialists. You will visit private and social housing properties to supply and fit ventilation systems. Outside of fitting ventilation system the works can include core cutting, ducting with box profile and some mould treatment and redecoration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing and hold ideally a minimum C&G level 2 electrical installations.

A driving license is required as travel is required for this role. The ability to stay away occasionally will also be required.

Comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and all necessary tools are provided.

You must be comfortable with lone working.

£25,500.00 – £30,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)

Trainee Mould Specialist | Pontypridd

The successful candidate will be capable of completing documentation accurately and timely, having the ability to work in labour intensive environments.

You will visit private and social housing properties, to undertake mould application treatments and the use of a variety of anti-mould paints. Additionally, there is a requirement to complete surveys and assessments, performance measurements, and surveying with the sampling of the indoor environment and ventilation systems, and producing a written technical report.

A driving license is required as travel is required for this role. The ability to stay away occasionally will also be required.

Experience
